I’m Yaroslava. I was born and raised in a small village in the south of Ukraine. Creativity has been with me since childhood, expressing itself in many different forms.
When I was little, I loved spending time at the local library. Almost every day I would look through children’s books with illustrations, and I think that experience eventually led me to children’s illustration.
A bit later, as I grew older, I became so fascinated with sewing that I even considered connecting my life with fashion design. But no matter what creative activity I pursued, drawing always remained an important part of my life.
For many years now, I have been working as a children’s illustrator, creating commissioned illustrations in various areas: books, character design, packaging, and any projects where my style might be a good fit.
I enjoy filling my illustrations with a sense of joy, warmth, and carefree atmosphere. And if you don’t find me drawing in my room, it probably means I’m exploring nature and new places with my wonderful dog, Luna.
